The LEGO City theme is generally a stable investment, appealing to a broad audience. While this set isn't likely to skyrocket in value, its affordable price point and potential for play make it a reasonable choice for those looking to add to their collection. The falling price trend suggests it may be wise to wait for further discounts before purchasing as an investment. Given the piece count and theme, appreciation will likely be slow but steady, driven by demand for LEGO City vehicles.
