Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The LEGO City Curve and Crossroad plates (60237-1) are a retired set that was part of the City theme. While not a high-value investment, its low price point and essential role in expanding LEGO City layouts make it a potential niche investment. Demand for road plates tends to be consistent among LEGO City collectors and builders. Because it's a retired product, there might be a slow but steady increase in value as it becomes harder to find in new condition. However, given the relatively common nature of baseplates, significant appreciation is unlikely.
