A solid starter set with a good variety of basic bricks, though some find the models too simple and lacking in advanced building techniques. Praised for its playability and open-ended creative potential, it's a great option for younger builders.

The Ultimate Town Building Set, while not a highly sought-after collectible, has seen a steady price increase since its retirement. As a basic brick set, its investment potential relies on the demand for bulk LEGO parts and the nostalgic appeal for those who grew up with it. While it's unlikely to skyrocket in value, it could be a decent long-term investment, especially if kept in mint condition. However, the lack of unique or rare elements limits its potential compared to licensed or limited-edition sets.
