⏳ Retired

The Creative LEGO Brick Set 45020-1 presents a unique investment case. As an educational set retired in 2016, its value stems from its appeal to schools, daycare centers, and parents seeking bulk basic bricks for children. While not a licensed set with collectible minifigures, the sheer volume of bricks and its educational purpose could drive demand. However, broad availability on the secondary market may limit significant price appreciation. Investors should monitor demand from educational institutions and consider the set's condition and completeness when assessing its potential.

The Creative LEGO Brick Set is comparable to other bulk brick sets like LEGO Classic boxes. Its advantage lies in the large quantity of basic bricks, making it ideal for open-ended play and educational purposes. However, it lacks the specialized elements and instructions found in themed sets, which may appeal to builders seeking more structured projects.
