The Bucket set is unique in its focus on very young children with its Quatro brick system. While LEGO DUPLO sets also target preschoolers, Quatro bricks are significantly larger and easier for the smallest hands to manipulate. If you're looking for the absolute simplest LEGO experience, Quatro is the way to go; otherwise, DUPLO offers a broader range of building possibilities.
