This promotional polybag, featuring a unique Shredder minifigure, holds moderate investment potential. Its limited availability and the popularity of the TMNT theme contribute to its value. While not a high-return investment, its collectibility makes it a worthwhile addition for serious collectors. The set's small size and relatively low cost also minimize the risk, making it an accessible entry point for LEGO investing.
