Coding Express is a unique Duplo set focused on early learning. It combines the fun of a train set with basic coding concepts, making it an engaging educational tool for young children.

This set is perfect for parents and educators looking to introduce coding to preschoolers. The large Duplo bricks are easy for small hands to manipulate, and the activity cards provide structured learning activities.

Skip this if your child is already familiar with basic coding or prefers more complex building toys. Consider LEGO Education WeDo 2.0 for older children ready for more advanced robotics and programming.

⏳ Retired

Coding Express is a retired Duplo set with a focus on early childhood education. While Duplo sets generally don't see the same investment returns as some LEGO themes, the educational aspect of this set and its relative scarcity could lead to moderate appreciation over time. The rising price trend suggests increasing demand, but potential investors should be aware that the market for educational Duplo sets is niche. Long-term storage in excellent condition is key to maximizing any potential return.

Coding Express stands out from other Duplo train sets due to its educational focus on coding. While sets like the Steam Train (10874-1) offer remote control functionality, Coding Express emphasizes hands-on learning and problem-solving. If your primary goal is early coding education, Coding Express is the better choice. Otherwise, consider other Duplo train sets for more general play.
