The LEGO Friends theme generally holds moderate investment potential, appealing primarily to collectors of the theme and those interested in specific parts or minifigures. The Cat Birthday Party & Tree House set benefits from its adorable cat figures and play-focused design, which could attract a niche collector base. However, with a falling price trend and relatively high piece count for the price, its appreciation potential may be limited. Its long-term value will likely depend on its availability and the popularity of the included characters and elements.
