Investment Grade

The Corner Kiosk (40757-1) presents a moderate investment opportunity. Its reasonable piece count and price point make it accessible to a wide range of collectors. The Icons theme generally holds its value well, and the set's small footprint should appeal to collectors with limited display space. However, its availability and lack of exclusive elements may limit significant price appreciation. While not a high-risk investment, potential returns might be modest compared to larger, more exclusive sets.

While it lacks the complexity of larger modular buildings, its charming design and ease of integration make it a great addition to any LEGO city.
