Investment Grade

⏳ Likely retiring soon

Borgin and Burkes: Floo Network presents a moderate investment opportunity. Its connection to the popular Harry Potter theme provides a built-in fan base, and the exclusive Lucius Malfoy minifigure could drive demand. However, its relatively small size and piece count may limit significant appreciation. The rising price trend suggests initial positive interest, but long-term performance will depend on the set's retirement status and the continued popularity of the Harry Potter theme. Keep an eye on its availability and retirement announcements for the best investment window.

Compared to larger Diagon Alley sets like 75978-1, Borgin and Burkes offers a more affordable entry point into the wizarding world. While it lacks the scale and detail of those larger sets, its smaller size makes it ideal for display on smaller shelves. If you're looking for a more substantial building experience, consider 76417-1 (Gringotts Wizarding Bank), but if you want a quick and affordable addition to your Harry Potter collection, Borgin and Burkes is a great choice.
