The River Camping Adventure set likely has moderate investment potential. As a smaller Friends set, it benefits from the theme's consistent popularity and appeal to a younger audience. Its relatively low piece count and readily available status may limit significant appreciation in the short term. However, unique elements and the overall charm of the set could make it a worthwhile long-term investment, especially if the Friends theme continues to thrive. The beaver figure adds to the set's appeal, potentially increasing its value among collectors seeking complete Friends collections.

Compared to other Friends sets, the River Camping Adventure offers a smaller, more focused play experience. It's a good alternative to larger, more complex sets like the Friendship Tree House if you're looking for something quick and easy to build. However, if you prefer a more elaborate build and more minifigures, the larger sets may be a better choice.
