The Basic Set (House) from 1984 holds moderate investment potential primarily due to its age and rarity. As a vintage set, it appeals to collectors seeking to complete their classic LEGO collections. The small piece count and relatively simple design mean it won't command top dollar, but its increasing price trend suggests growing interest. The set's condition and completeness are crucial factors in determining its value.
