Zane DX is a nostalgic entry point into the world of Ninjago spinners. Released in 2011, this small set provides a fun, action-oriented play experience centered around the popular ninja character and his elemental power of ice.

This set is perfect for young Ninjago fans or collectors looking to complete their spinner collection. The build is quick and easy, making it ideal for beginners, and the included trading cards add an extra layer of collectibility.

Skip this if you're looking for a more complex building experience or a large display piece. Consider larger Ninjago sets with vehicles or structures for a more involved build.

C+

⏳ Retired

The Zane DX set, while small, benefits from being an early Ninjago release. Its low piece count makes it an accessible entry point for collectors, and complete sets with all included elements (minifigure and cards) could see moderate appreciation over time. The Ninjago theme remains popular, which supports demand for older sets. However, the small size and relatively common minifigure limit significant investment potential.

⚖ Compare Similar Sets

Compared to larger Ninjago sets, Zane DX provides a more focused, action-oriented play experience. While lacking the complexity of sets like 70725-1 Nindroid MechDragon, it offers a cheaper entry point into the theme. Collectors prioritizing playability or completing their spinner collection might prefer this set over larger, more expensive options.
