The Minifigure Vending Machine is a delightful tribute to LEGO fandom. This set perfectly encapsulates the joy of collecting minifigures, with a functional vending machine build and a diverse cast of characters from various LEGO themes.

This set is perfect for LEGO enthusiasts and minifigure collectors. The build is engaging without being overly complex, making it a fun project for older kids and adults alike. The included minifigures are a major draw, offering a wide range of iconic characters and unique designs.

Skip this if you prefer large-scale models or complex building techniques. While the vending machine is functional and visually appealing, its primary focus is on the minifigures. Consider the LEGO Ideas Globe (21332-1) for a more challenging build experience.

⏳ Current release

The Minifigure Vending Machine has solid investment potential due to its unique concept, wide appeal to LEGO fans, and the inclusion of highly desirable minifigures. The LEGO Ideas theme has a proven track record of producing sets that appreciate in value, and this set's focus on minifigure collecting should further enhance its long-term desirability. However, its relatively high MSRP and large piece count may limit its accessibility to some collectors, potentially affecting its appreciation rate compared to smaller, more affordable sets. The stable price trend suggests consistent demand, and the set's availability indicates it's not yet nearing retirement, so patience may be required for significant appreciation. Comparable sets like the Tree House and Old Fishing Store have shown excellent returns, which bodes well for this set.

The Minifigure Vending Machine stands out due to its unique vending machine function and focus on minifigure collecting. While sets like the LEGO Ideas Tree House (21318-1) offer a more complex building experience and nature-themed display, this set provides a fun, interactive way to showcase a minifigure collection. Collectors interested in modular building and city layouts might prefer the Bookshop (10270-1), but this set offers a more specialized and engaging experience for minifigure enthusiasts.
