Carnival Thrill Coaster

The Carnival Thrill Coaster is an interesting proposition for investors given its retired status and specific niche. As a 4+ Toy Story set from 2019, it features exclusive packaging and characters that appeal to Disney-Pixar completionists and niche theme park collectors. However, with a modest piece count of just 98 parts, its long-term value heavily relies on the enduring popularity of Buzz Lightyear and the Toy Story brand rather than complex building appeal. While current market prices have climbed to around $55.00 from its original $19.99 MSRP, future growth may plateau as it remains primarily a novelty for niche collectors rather than a mainstream white-whale set. Sealed copies in pristine condition will command the highest premiums, but prospective buyers should carefully weigh the relatively low brick count against its secondary market trajectory before treating it as a serious investment vehicle.
