⏳ Retired

The Detective's Office is a highly sought-after retired modular building, making it a strong contender for investment. Its popularity within the LEGO community, combined with its intricate design and relatively limited availability, drives up its value on the secondary market. As a retired set, its value is expected to continue to appreciate, especially in sealed condition. However, fluctuations in the market and the release of new modular buildings could impact its growth rate.
