📝 Our Take

AI-assisted editorial summary, grounded in our LEGO database and public community discussions. How we use AI

The Winter Village Post Office is a charming addition to any holiday LEGO display. With its cozy design, festive details, and delightful minifigures, this set captures the spirit of the season perfectly.

This set is perfect for LEGO enthusiasts who enjoy building festive scenes and creating winter wonderlands. The build is engaging without being overly complex, making it a fun project for families or individual builders looking to add some holiday cheer to their collection. Its moderate size makes it easy to display, and the play features add an interactive element.

Skip this if you're strictly looking for highly complex or technically challenging builds. While enjoyable, this set is more about creating a festive scene than pushing the boundaries of LEGO engineering. Consider the Winter Village Fire Station (10263-1) for a similar theme with more intricate details.

The Winter Village Post Office (10222-1) presents a solid investment opportunity due to its status as a retired set within the highly popular Winter Village theme. These sets traditionally experience significant appreciation in the secondary market, driven by their seasonal appeal and collectibility. The set's reasonable piece count and attractive design contribute to its desirability. However, potential investors should be mindful of fluctuations in the market and the set's availability in varying conditions. Given its rising price trend and the enduring popularity of the Winter Village theme, this set holds good long-term investment potential.

📖 About This Set

Deliver sacks full of holiday greetings and gifts in the cozy Winter Village Post Office!

Continuing the winter scene series, the Winter Village Post Office is the perfect snow-covered setting. In the cozy post office, the worker is hard at work sorting all the mail into containers and sacks, while upstairs, there's just time for the postman to take a break before setting off in the traditional post car with all the letters and gifts. From the pavilion outside, musicians fill the air with music, while children take in the wintry atmosphere by the park bench before throwing snowballs at each other - the musicians had better get ready to duck!

Includes 7 minifigures: female post office worker, male postman, female, 2 kids and 2 musicians and a dog!
Post office features dark-green split roof with snow, fireplace, light brick, table, coffee mug, and lamppost and mailboxes outside!
Also features evergreen tree and assorted minifigure accessories
