Where do you guys get your sets under retail?

I started getting it from Costco where it sells for $10-$20 under retails - but obviously Costco doesn’t carry all the sets I want. Then I started getting it on Facebook marketplace where I often see people selling sets for 20-30 VS $35 retail (cad) on the speed champion sets.
