Proof of concept of double rotation in 1x1 space

Every lego orrery I have seen uses a simple sun model with one rotation. In reality, the poles spin slower than the equator. It is trivial to pass two rotations if you have the space, but I tried to model this in a 1x1 space for aesthetic reasons and got something to work. It's possible by stacking cylinder pieces with pin holes and putting the sun on top.
