Looking for a particular mechanism.

Im currently working thru a new design in my head and am getting hung up on a particular part. There is probably a name for it, apologies for not knowing. The mechanism of a bicycle where force applied to the pedals is transfered to the tires but the tires spinning doesnt cause the pedals to spin. I need something like this for lego. I guess it would be a clutch? Im specifically looking for a passive system like a bicycle rather than something acted on like a clutch. I feel like im having a...
