Lego investing beginner

Hi and happy new year to all. I have recently just started collecting lego set’s and I am starting off a little in the dark. So I have bought some different sets I plan on keeping for maybe a few years. My long term plan is to buy retiering sets, maybe 3-5 of each and have them sealed in the box. Following is a list of the sets I bought sofar, tell me is I have missed in regards the sets appreciating over time. What should I focus on, where should I eventually sell? 75389 the dark falcon...
