Is this a forbidden technique?

Six year old made this, came asking if it's illegal. It's a bit "clicky", and requires a bit of force. It seems to spin without extremely obvious tension though, but I'm not sure if it would be visible here. _Is_ this illegal? submitted by /u/kimkje [link] [comments]
