Is there 45 degree ('+' and 'x') version of Axle & Axle Connector (42135), or a substitute for 4273 & 4265 (Axle and Pin connector + half bush, at 45 degrees)?

I'm building a legacy set (8480), and there are a number of the old-style toothed/bush connectors (4273 connector and 4265 half-bush), including a few that are set up to do 45-degree axle-to-axle connections - see photo. Is there a modern equivalent for this? For axle-to-axle connections in the same orientation (+ and +), I can use 42135, but I haven't found a version that replicates the 45-degree offset that the toothed half-bush enabled.
