Improved escapement

Herby an improved version of the escapement mechanism I posted earlier. By modified the postion of the catch and push part it runs much better. Currently achieving about 4:30 minutes runtime. It also can power the lego planetarium 42179. Because this small improvement almost doubles the runtime (it runs better so I could use a different gear set) I think I can do some other improvements on that part.
