I'm confused. Do you see what could be causing this?

Some days ago I've posted here a question about "skipping" issue with my Cada F1 alfa Romeo. Couldn't find solution, but I just ignored it since it wasn't that bad. Now I've connected engine to the drive and seems like additional friction made it way worse. Can't figure out the issue, do you see anything that could be causing it? One guy in previous post suggested it might be problem with these yellow thingies and I guess it makes sense since they stop at exactly the same position each time...
