Cada, Lego, MC best option to lower LAG and extend MAH

I know buwizz is best in that, but pay 300 EUROS is not acceptable for most. I ve got few lego and MC motors/contolers. but all they have noticeably high lag. whats your experience, which setup can have low lag, good powerup control, and better longetivity (MAH). whats about CADA?
