CaDA AMG GT3 built correctly?
The CaDA AMG GT3 set presents a construction puzzle for one builder, who is unsure if they assembled the bonnet correctly. The builder noticed that a connector piece doesn't sit flush on its axle, which affects the overall shape of the bonnet.
The builder, /u/Zonoskar, shared their experience on Reddit, highlighting the issue with a photo. They rebuilt the bonnet to ensure they hadn't made a mistake, but the problem persisted. When the connector is fully attached to the axle, the bonnet's shape appears too rounded. To address this, the builder added a half-bush to fill the gap, as shown in a second photo.
The builder is seeking confirmation from other builders of the CaDA AMG GT3 set to determine if they encountered the same issue and if their build is correct. This highlights a potential design or manufacturing inconsistency in the set.

I have built the CaDA AMG GT3 set and I'm a bit puzzled that a connector is not sitting all the way on it's axle in the bonnet. I was so unsure that I disassembled the bonnet and built it again, but with the same result. With the connector pushed all the way onto the axle, the shape is nowhere near the shape it's supposed to be (too rounded). I hace circled the area on the first picture. In the second picture, I added a half bush to fill the gap. Did I build it correctly, or did I mess up...
