Buwizz Uncontactable?

Hi. My son has a Buwizz 3.0 which has malfunctioned. We have been trying to contact support for over a month and been unable to get a response. We have tried Facebook Messenger and Emails are bouncing too. No response via the web form. It seems their email is down, but they may or may not know. Are they still around and is there a different way to reach someone ? Basically we get 2 flashing red lights on PU Port 1 when we plug into a dumb charger. Any help would be much appreciated. ...
