8880 Supercar. Built once in '94, sat on a shelf for many years, then went into a box. Washed and rebuilt

I got this set in '94 and had great fun, but I probably messed up the differentials because it never drove right. I put it on my shelf for years and the white parts are severely yellowed. You can also see a lot of dirt in the pictures. I had never really dusted it off and one day just put in a box with a lot of other LEGO. It was beat down with several parts missing. A couple of years ago, I finally took it out of the box, took it apart (ouch!) and washed the parts in a bathtub. I didn't make...
