42179 help clicking sound

Hello all, Just finished building set 42179 (planet earth and moon in orbit) and realized there's a clicking sound when cranking that happens about twice between month changes. I posted a small video of the clicking. The gear that is doing the clicking seems to be the one that comes into play during step 110. Does anyone have any ideas what we did wrong and a quick way to get to that piece without completely demolishing the rest? Any help is appreciated. submitted by ...
