Alan Grant, Old

The Alan Grant (Old) minifigure is desirable to collectors primarily due to the character's iconic status within the Jurassic Park/World franchise. This version depicts Dr. Grant as he appears in the later films, offering a distinct look compared to his original appearance. The inclusion of the detailed head print with the older, bearded visage makes it a unique and recognizable representation of the character.

Collectors interested in completing their Jurassic Park minifigure collections will find this version of Alan Grant essential. The minifigure's presence in a limited number of sets, including some that have already retired, further increases its collectibility. The detailed printing on the torso, representing his signature shirt, also adds to its appeal.

This minifigure appears in a relatively small number of sets, all released in 2022 and 2023. While not a limited edition or regional exclusive, the fact that all containing sets are now retired contributes to its increasing rarity. As the sets become harder to find at retail, demand for the minifigure on the aftermarket is likely to grow, especially among collectors aiming to complete their Jurassic Park/World minifigure roster. Its availability is primarily through the secondary market, which can lead to price fluctuations based on condition and seller.
