Poppy Starr, Lime Jacket, Black Legs

Poppy Starr is a unique and vibrant minifigure that appeals to collectors interested in the LEGO City theme, particularly those who enjoy collecting civilian characters. Her distinctive lime jacket with black stars, coupled with the magenta undershirt, makes her stand out in any LEGO City layout. The dark azure hair with pigtails is also a relatively uncommon element, adding to her appeal.

Collectors often seek out minifigures like Poppy Starr to populate their LEGO City scenes and add a touch of realism and diversity. The quality of the printing on the torso and face is also a factor, as well-maintained figures are more desirable. The fact that she only appears in a limited number of sets also adds to her collectibility, as it means she is not as widely available as some other City minifigures.

Poppy Starr appears in only two sets, making her moderately rare. While the Main Square set (60271-1) was a larger set, the limited number of sets overall contributes to her relative scarcity on the aftermarket. She is not a regional exclusive or a special edition, which slightly tempers her rarity, but her limited set appearances are the primary factor.
