Pirate - Green Stripes, Reddish Brown Legs, Blue Bandana

This Pirate minifigure, with its distinctive green stripes on the tunic and blue bandana, offers a charming and classic pirate aesthetic. Collectors appreciate minifigures from the Pirates theme for their nostalgia and role in LEGO's history. The smirk and stubble print on the head add a touch of character, making it a desirable addition to any pirate-themed collection.

While not an ultra-rare minifigure, its inclusion in only one set—the Pirates Chess set—adds to its collectibility. The chess set itself is a unique item, making this minifigure a necessary piece for those aiming to complete the set or expand their LEGO Pirates ranks. Its relatively simple design maintains the classic LEGO minifigure charm, appealing to both seasoned collectors and newcomers.

This minifigure's rarity is moderate. It appears exclusively in the Pirates Chess set (852751-1) released in 2009. While the set was available globally, its limited run and the fact that it's now retired contribute to the minifigure's relative scarcity on the aftermarket. It's not as common as minifigures found in multiple widely distributed sets, but it isn't exceedingly rare either. Finding it in good condition may require some searching.
