Minifigure details
This Pirate minifigure, with its distinctive red and black striped tank top, blue legs, and red bandana, offers a classic pirate aesthetic that appeals to LEGO collectors. The inclusion of a scar adds character and uniqueness, setting it apart from more generic pirate figures. These details make it a desirable addition to any pirate-themed collection.
Collectors often seek out minifigures from retired sets, and since this pirate appears exclusively in retired sets like the Pirates Chess Set and Soldiers Fort, its collectibility is enhanced. The chess set, in particular, might attract collectors interested in unique LEGO sets that deviate from standard play themes.
This Pirate minifigure appears in only two sets, both released in 2015 and now retired. This limited availability contributes to its relative rarity on the aftermarket. While not exceedingly rare, it's less common than minifigures that appear in numerous sets over extended production runs.
