Cole with Shoulder Armour (Hands of Time)

This version of Cole, specifically from the Hands of Time storyline, is desirable for collectors completing their Ninjago minifigure roster. The shoulder armor piece with katana storage is unique and adds to the minifigure's visual appeal. The detailed printing on the torso, representing his earth elemental powers, makes it stand out.

As a core member of the Ninjago team, Cole is a consistently popular character, driving demand for all his minifigure variants. The Hands of Time storyline has a dedicated following, adding to the desirability of this particular version. The dual-sided head print also allows for varied display options, increasing its appeal.

This minifigure appears in two sets, one of which was a polybag, making it reasonably accessible. While the sets are now retired, the minifigure isn't exceptionally rare compared to some exclusive variants. Its availability in a smaller polybag helps keep the price somewhat controlled on the aftermarket. However, condition is key, as the printed elements can show wear.
