The 2026 LEGO modular building is Shopping Street (11371), released on January 1, 2026, and it is a very different building from 2025's Tudor Corner (10350). Tudor Corner is a half-timbered corner block with a restaurant, a haberdashery and a clockmaker's workshop; Shopping Street is two shops on one baseplate, split by an angled alleyway. Pick by the street you are building. There is no rush on either: our catalog expects both on sale until the end of 2028.

Tudor Corner went on sale in January 2025 and brought distinctly British architecture to the line: Tudor half-timbering and a pub front clad in dark green tiles. Inside are a restaurant with a counter, stools and a table, a haberdashery hung with hats and umbrellas, a clockmaker's workshop with a grandfather clock, and an attic apartment. Reviewers also read it as a tribute to the Classic Castle Guarded Inn, which gives it extra appeal for long-time fans.

Shopping Street (11371), the 2026 modular
Shopping Street was revealed in December 2025 and released on January 1, 2026. It breaks with the usual single building: two buildings share the baseplate, separated by an angled alleyway and linked by walkways on the upper floors. One is a music shop over two floors, with instruments on display from the door upwards; the other is a furniture store with a counter and stools and a workshop upstairs. Above sit a furnished apartment with a bathroom and a roof garden with potted plants and a pigeon coop. Its seven minifigures include a pair of twins. Reviews put its tallest point at about 36 cm (14 in).

How they differ

Our catalog expects both Tudor Corner and Shopping Street to stay in LEGO's range until December 31, 2028. Of the modulars still sold, the Natural History Museum, which launched in December 2023, has the earliest expected exit, December 31, 2027. Jazz Club and Boutique Hotel have already retired. If you are deciding what to buy first, the one leaving soonest is the one to move up the list.
