📝 Our Take

AI-assisted editorial summary, grounded in our LEGO database and public community discussions. How we use AI

The 9 Piece Stationery Set is a curious LEGO anomaly. Released in 2014 under the Stationery and Office Supplies theme, this set contains only 2 LEGO pieces, making it one of the smallest 'sets' ever produced by LEGO.

This set is perfect for hardcore LEGO collectors and novelty item enthusiasts. It's more of a conversation starter than a building experience, ideal for those who want to own every official LEGO product ever made.

Skip this if you're looking for a traditional LEGO building experience. This set offers no construction and is essentially a pre-packaged collection of stationery items, only two of which are actual LEGO pieces.

The 9 Piece Stationery Set is a very niche item, more of a curiosity than a serious investment. Its low piece count and limited appeal make it unlikely to appreciate significantly in value. However, its rarity as a complete set may make it interesting to hardcore LEGO collectors in the long term. The value hinges on finding a collector who wants a complete collection, including oddities like this.

This set is unlike most LEGO sets, as it's primarily a stationery item with minimal LEGO elements. Alternatives would be other LEGO-branded stationery or small promotional sets. The value is purely in its collectibility rather than any building experience.
