Not enough price history for a trend

C-

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Official Annual 2022, due to its low piece count and inclusion as a promotional item, isn't likely to become a significant investment. Its value will primarily be tied to the collectibility of the Tread Octane minifigure and the set's novelty. While complete, unopened sets might see a slight increase in value over time, the returns are expected to be minimal. Collectors interested in activity book sets or unique minifigures might find some appeal, but it's not a set to purchase with investment as the primary goal.

⚖ Compare Similar Sets

🧱

Monkie Kid's Mini Robot

The Official Annual 2022 is a small promotional set, so it doesn't directly compare to larger, standalone sets. Alternatives would be smaller LEGO City or Creator sets that offer a similar quick-build experience and a minifigure. Consider sets like a small LEGO City vehicle or a LEGO Creator animal model if you're looking for something with a bit more substance.
