Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

As a small set with a low piece count, the Official Annual 2017 is unlikely to become a significant investment. Its value lies more in its nostalgic appeal and collectibility as a promotional item. While it might see some appreciation over time, returns are expected to be modest. The set's status as a retired item could contribute to a slight increase in value, but this is not guaranteed.

⚖ Compare Similar Sets

Compared to larger LEGO sets, the Official Annual 2017 offers a significantly simpler building experience. It's more akin to a polybag set in terms of piece count and complexity. If you're looking for a more substantial build, consider sets like 31120-1 (Creator 3-in-1 Crocodile) or 40586-1 (Moving Truck), which offer more pieces and building techniques.
