⏳ Retired

While City: Extreme Firefighters is a retired set, its investment potential is limited due to its small size and low piece count. However, it could appeal to niche collectors interested in LEGO City activity books or those seeking a complete collection of LEGO firefighter minifigures. Appreciation is likely to be modest, primarily driven by nostalgia and completeness.

⚖ Compare Similar Sets

Compared to larger LEGO City fire station sets, this activity book offers a more accessible and affordable entry point into the theme. While it lacks the complexity and play features of larger sets, it provides a fun and engaging experience for younger builders. Consider larger sets like 60215-1 Fire Station for a more comprehensive experience, but this set is great as an impulse buy.
