Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

As a small activity book with a limited number of pieces, the Official Annual 2016 doesn't present a strong investment opportunity. Its value lies primarily in its novelty as a collectible item within the broader LEGO activity book category. While it may see some appreciation over time due to its age and retirement status, returns are likely to be modest. The low piece count and common elements limit its appeal to serious LEGO investors. However, complete, unopened copies may retain some value for collectors of LEGO ephemera.

Compared to larger LEGO sets, the Official Annual 2016 offers minimal building experience and limited parts. However, it provides a more accessible and affordable entry point for young children interested in LEGO. Consider larger sets with more pieces and complex builds for older children or adult fans. As an activity book, it offers a different kind of experience than traditional sets.
