Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The 9702 Control System Building Set, while not a licensed theme, holds some investment potential due to its age, educational value, and the completeness often sought by collectors of the Dacta/Educational line. The rising price trend suggests growing interest. However, its investment grade is tempered by the relatively high original MSRP and the specialized nature of the set; its appeal is more niche than mainstream LEGO themes. The key to appreciation will be maintaining a complete set in good condition, with original packaging and instructions.
