Kai

As a retired promotional or foil-pack style set with a very low piece count, Kai (892405-1) relies almost entirely on minifigure demand for its secondary market value. Ninjago is a powerhouse theme with a dedicated collector base, meaning character-driven sets often retain or slowly grow their value over time once they leave shelves. While the 14-piece count offers zero structural complexity, the inclusion of Kai with heavy shoulder guards and multiple gold swords gives it a slight edge over generic polybags. Investors should not expect dramatic returns, but sealed copies can command modest attention from theme completionists looking to secure every variant of the core ninja team.
