King Mathias, while not a blockbuster set, holds some investment potential due to its age, retirement status, and the nostalgia surrounding the Knights Kingdom II theme. Its relatively low piece count and original MSRP might limit explosive growth, but the rising price trend suggests increasing collector interest. The unique buildable figure design differentiates it from standard LEGO sets, potentially driving demand among niche collectors. However, its investment performance is closely tied to the overall popularity of the Knights Kingdom II theme.
