⏳ Retired

As a retired souvenir-style magnet set, the Empire State Building 854030-1 occupies a unique niche in the aftermarket. While small parts counts usually mean modest returns, architectural magnets have dedicated collectors who hunt for complete sets to display. The inclusion of the specialized magnet brick and exclusive sticker sheet adds a bit of long-term collectibility for NYC souvenir hunters and architecture completionists. Looking ahead, expect steady, modest appreciation rather than explosive gains. Because original MSRP was very low ($9.99), entering the secondary market for this set remains affordable for most collectors. It won't fund your retirement, but it's a fun, low-risk piece of LEGO history to tuck away.
