↓ Price declining

Investment Grade

⏳ Retiring soon

Thing's Apartment offers moderate investment potential, driven by the continued popularity of the Wednesday series and the set's unique design. Its piece count and price point are reasonable, and the inclusion of an exclusive Enid minifigure adds to its collectibility. However, its long-term value will depend on the sustained interest in the series and the availability of similar sets. Considering the current price trend, waiting for a further price drop might be a prudent strategy. While not a guaranteed high-return investment, it's likely to hold its value and potentially appreciate modestly over time, especially if the Wednesday theme remains popular.

Thing's Apartment offers a unique building experience compared to typical LEGO modular buildings. While sets like the Boutique Hotel (10297-1) focus on realism and architectural detail, this set emphasizes whimsy and character-driven design. Its price point is also more accessible than larger modulars, making it an attractive option for fans of the Wednesday series. While a Harry Potter set might offer more iconic characters, this set provides a refreshing and colorful alternative within the licensed theme category.
