📝 Our Take

Omnic Bastion is a surprisingly detailed and poseable representation of the Overwatch hero. Despite its relatively small piece count, the model captures Bastion's blocky yet expressive design with clever parts usage and a vibrant color palette. The transformation feature, while simple, adds a layer of interactivity that enhances the display value.

This set is perfect for Overwatch fans and LEGO collectors looking for a unique display piece. The build is engaging without being overly complex, making it suitable for both teens and adults. The finished model is sturdy and poseable, allowing for dynamic display options.

Skip this if you're not a fan of Overwatch or prefer minifigure-scale sets. This set focuses on a brick-built character model, so those seeking traditional LEGO play features might be disappointed. Consider other Overwatch sets like the Tracer vs. Widowmaker set for minifigure-focused action.

Compared to other Overwatch sets, the Omnic Bastion offers a unique building experience focused on character representation rather than minifigure-scale play. Sets like 75972 Dorado Showdown offer more minifigures and play features but lack the display presence of Bastion. For collectors interested in brick-built models, the Omnic Bastion provides a more affordable and compact alternative to larger LEGO mechs or vehicles.
