⏳ Likely retiring soon

As a small, licensed set from a popular theme, the Mind Flayer holds reasonable investment potential. Its low price point makes it accessible to many collectors, and the unique minifigure could drive demand after retirement. However, the low piece count and wide availability may limit significant appreciation. Monitor retirement announcements for potential upside.
