📝 Our Take

AI-assisted editorial summary, grounded in our LEGO database and public community discussions. How we use AI

Smithers from The Simpsons Series 2 is a delightfully niche collectible for fans of Springfield's most loyal assistant. Capturing Waylon Smithers in his classic office attire alongside a Malibu Stacy accessory, this blind-bag minifigure is a must-have for completing the iconic TV family lineup.

This set is perfect for completionists, Simpsons superfans, and CMF collectors. While it's not a traditional building set with hours of construction, it offers instant nostalgia and a wonderfully detailed character print that shines in a display case.

Skip this if you are only looking for traditional LEGO building experiences or complex models. Since it is just a single minifigure and a few accessories, you might want to look into larger themed sets if you prefer building brick structures.

⏳ Retired

The Simpsons theme has been retired for years, making officially licensed characters increasingly desirable on the secondary market. As part of Series 2, Smithers benefits from limited supply and strong nostalgic appeal, leading to a steady rising price trend over time. While individual collectible minifigures carry standard market volatility, dedicated fans looking to complete their Simpsons display continue to drive demand for characters outside of the core family.

Compared to standard City or collectible minifigures, The Simpsons CMF series commands higher collector interest due to the retired status of the theme. While figures like Homer and Bart are more common, supporting characters like Smithers are essential for dedicated fans building a complete Springfield display.
