📝 Our Take

AI-assisted editorial summary, grounded in our LEGO database and public community discussions. How we use AI

The Joker Notorious Lowrider is a standout vehicle from The LEGO Batman Movie. Its distinctive purple and low-slung design perfectly captures the Joker's flamboyant and chaotic personality, making it an instantly recognizable and desirable set.

This set is perfect for fans of The LEGO Batman Movie and vehicle collectors. The build is engaging without being overly complex, offering a satisfying experience for both younger and older builders. The inclusion of three key minifigures enhances its play and display value.

Skip this if you're not a fan of the Batman universe or prefer more realistic vehicle models. While the design is unique, its cartoonish style might not appeal to everyone. Consider other LEGO vehicle sets from themes like Speed Champions for a more realistic aesthetic.

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Joker Notorious Lowrider (70906-1) presents a mixed investment profile. As a retired set from The LEGO Batman Movie theme, it benefits from the popularity of the movie and the enduring appeal of Batman villains, particularly the Joker. The set's relatively low piece count (433) and original MSRP ($49.99) might limit its potential for exponential growth compared to larger, more complex sets. However, its unique design, the inclusion of three desirable minifigures (including Harley Quinn), and the rising price trend suggest a reasonable potential for appreciation. While not a guaranteed home run, it's likely to hold its value and offer moderate returns for patient investors.

The Joker Notorious Lowrider offers a unique, stylized vehicle experience compared to more realistic LEGO car sets. While sets like those from the Speed Champions theme prioritize accuracy and detail, the Lowrider focuses on capturing the Joker's over-the-top personality. Collectors interested in the broader Batman universe might prefer this set, while car enthusiasts may lean towards Speed Champions or Creator Expert vehicles.
